At Zhiji, every piece is more than a product; it is a personal companion, uniquely co-created for you by our team of masters. Due to the highly personalized and custom-made nature of our herbal formulas and handcrafted items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We ask for your mindful consideration before purchasing.

Exception: Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your companion for its journey to you. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please adhere to the following protocol to be eligible for a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by the carrier.

Provide a complete, unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the unopened shipping box, the process of opening it, and the discovered damage to the product, all in one continuous shot.

Email the video and your order number to support@zhijinow.com.

Upon verification of the damage sustained during transit, we will be honored to craft a replacement for you. Claims without a complete unboxing video as described cannot be processed.
